PSCDC 2024 Year in Review

PSCDC 2024 Year in Review: Reflecting on Our Achievements & Looking Ahead

As we approach the end of the first quarter of 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable achievements last year as highlighted in our PSCDC 2024 Year in Review. Your dedication, hard work, and collaboration have been the driving force behind our collective success, and we are deeply thankful for your support.

Thanks to the unwavering commitment of our members, elected officials, and community partners, we were able to accomplish so much last year. From economic development to workforce housing, broadband expansion to Main Street revitalization, every success is a testament to the strength of our collaborative efforts. We're proud of what we've achieved, but none of it would have been possible without your dedication and commitment to our shared vision.

Looking ahead, we are excited for what 2025 holds. The challenges and opportunities before us will continue to bring us together, and we are optimistic about the impact we can make in the coming year. We are grateful for your ongoing partnership and support as we work toward an even stronger, resilient community.

Thank you for being an essential part of our journey!

Boys & Girls Club Needs Assessment

Request for Proposal

The Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation created a local Collaborative Management Program (CMP) to assess the need for affordable afterschool youth services. These needs are based primarily on local socio-economic conditions. From this assessment, the CMP has elected to apply for and establish a Boys & Girls Club in Pagosa Springs to serve the youth of Archuleta County.

The Boys & Girls Club application process requires a formal Community Youth Situational Study & Needs Assessment conducted by a legal business entity or contractor to achieve this requirement. The PSCDC is currently accepting bids for this Boys & Girls Club Needs Assessment Request for Proposal until June 21, 2022.

The RFP is available through Bidnet and our website.

If you need help registering on Bidnet, please call the Vendor Support Team M-F from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET at (800) 835-4603 or support@bidnet.com.
