The PS CDC requires an initial consultation with a business advisor to assess your needs and project and to provide direction to move forward with a BLF loan application. The PS CDC plans to approve loans within a month from application submittal for well-formed and strongly-rooted projects. In some cases, more work or information may be needed to process the loan application and your advisor will help you understand the gaps to fill.
