THE MISSION OF THE PAGOSA SPRINGS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CITIZENS OF PAGOSA SPRINGS AND ARCHULETA COUNTY BY CREATING JOBS; ENCOURAGING NEW CAPITAL INVESTMENT; AND CREATING A BUSINESS-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY.

In addition, the CDC will work closely with existing businesses to help maximize their profitability and sustainability.

How to Join

The Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation is actively seeking members to help us create a more economically diverse and sustainable community.

Archuleta County is designated by the state of Colorado as one of the most economically distressed counties in the state. If you have energy and ideas to contribute to make our local economy more vital and diverse and help create good jobs for our working-age residents, we encourage you to join.

The CDC is offering four yearly membership levels: Connector ($250), Advocate ($500), Visionary ($1250), and Strategic Partner ($2500). General membership benefits all participants through networking, access to ground-floor opportunities and funding, learning about community issues and roadblocks, and fostering healthy economic growth and sustainability.

Membership Levels

In addition to supporting the CDC mission, members that join at the $250 level or above are eligible to receive a 25% Enterprise Zone State Tax credit on their membership.
