Proposal Request to Conduct a Study of Current Impact Fees

The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified planning consultants or
firms to conduct a study of current impact fees for established “benefit districts” (e.g. school district
boundaries, fire district boundaries, etc.) and the entirety of the Town of Pagosa Springs (Town) and to
make recommendations to the Town of Pagosa Springs. The due date for this proposal is March 23rd,
2018 at 5:00 pm. Submission guidelines are included in this RFP.
