The Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to be hosting a two-part Customer Experience Training open to all.  Dr. Mary Jen Meerdink, who has years of corporate and employee training, will be facilitating aspects of the customer experience including the following:

·         How service impacts your bottom line

·         Who your customers are and what they expect

·         Handling difficult customers

·         Small details that make a big impact

·         What are customers saying about your business

The training session dates will be Friday Oct 27th and Nov 10th.  The second session will build on the first, but you are able to attend sessions individually.  Each session will be $20 for members and $25 for non-members.  Chamber members, log in under registration page to receive member pricing.  Space is limited, please register in advance.
