Colorado State University’s Rural Energy Center is conducting a community energy assessment for the Town of Pagosa Springs. The goals of the assessment are to identify funding opportunities and low hanging fruit in energy efficiency and renewable energy and to help the community move forward with selected actions. The public, commercial, agricultural, and residential sectors will be screened for opportunities using a mix of qualitative and quantitative data gathering including in-person site visits and lighting assessments.
